End User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and CodeLayers ("we," "us," or "our") for the use of the CodeLayers application for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Vision Pro ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Subscription Services

CodeLayers offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

Free tier users can explore any public GitHub repository in 3D without a subscription.

4. Payment and Auto-Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription price
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

5. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:

1. Open the Settings app on your Apple Vision Pro, iPhone, or iPad
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select "CodeLayers Pro"
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until then.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all copies thereof are proprietary to CodeLayers and title thereto remains in CodeLayers. All rights in the App not specifically granted in this EULA are reserved to CodeLayers. You retain all rights to your source code. CodeLayers does not claim any ownership over code you visualize using the App.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. CodeLayers uses zero-knowledge encryption, meaning your source code is encrypted on your device before being transmitted. We cannot access or read your plaintext code. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CODELAYERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

11. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

12. Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new EULA on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.

13. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CodeLayers operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
