CodeLayers provides spatial code visualization software for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Vision Pro, including a CLI tool for code synchronization and an application for 3D code exploration. The Service uses zero-knowledge encryption to protect your source code.

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your encryption keys and mnemonic phrase
- You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must not transmit malware or any code of a destructive nature
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your source code. CodeLayers does not claim any ownership over your code. The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CodeLayers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use zero-knowledge encryption, meaning we cannot access or read your source code. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
6. Encryption Keys
CodeLayers uses client-side encryption. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your 12-word mnemonic phrase. If you lose your mnemonic phrase, we cannot recover your encrypted data. CodeLayers is not liable for any loss of data resulting from lost encryption keys.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
